3. Order, Payment, and Billing

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

  • Payment Authorization: For non-COD orders, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.


4. Shipping and Delivery (Pakistan)

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

  • General Policy: Due to the nature of our wellness and consumable products, all sales are considered final once the product seal is broken or the product has been used.

  • Eligibility for Return (Unopened/Damaged): We will accept returns or exchanges only if:

    • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original, sealed packaging.

    • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

    • The customer notifies us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Procedure: To initiate a return, you must contact us at the details below. We may require photographic proof of the damage or defect.

  • Refunds: If a return is accepted, refunds will be processed via the original payment method or through an equivalent value store credit. COD refunds may be processed via bank transfer.

  • Copyright: All content published and made available on our site, including, but not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our site, is the property of Wellness Lounge by TK and its creators and is protected by Pakistani and international copyright laws.
