Refund Policy
Important
Make sure to record a video when you open the flyer upon receiving your order.
If you encounter any issues like those depicted in the image below, please report them to us within 48 hours or 02 days of receiving the delivery.
Report a Refund/Exchange
- You have received duplicate orders.
- The product delivered is incorrect or the quantity does not match your order.
- You have received a bottle that is broken or damaged (note that mild leakage is not acceptable as this can occur during transportation by third-party courier companies).
Request Exchange
- Please contact us at info@wellnesslounge.com.pk or via WhatsApp at +923339028337, if you need to report a return or exchange.
- Provide the video you recorded upon unboxing and clear images of the issue. (For instances of receiving double orders, include photos of both sets of items.)
- Ensure the photo includes the address label clearly. (For double orders, include address labels from both sets of items.)
How Long It Takes To Refund/Exchange?
The review process can take between 10 to 15 business days. During this time, all collected information will be sent to the relevant departments, including our courier partner, production team, and dispatch unit. Once the investigation concludes, we will provide appropriate compensation based on the findings.
